Who are we?
The Essence of an Innovative Structural Engineer

Established in 2023, IBS Ingénierie Inc is renowned for its structural engineering expertise, focusing on the design and analysis of intricate projects such as buildings, bridges, engineering structures, and temporary constructions.
In the last two years, the company has gained recognition in the industry by creating a groundbreaking technique for launching steel bridges, showcased at the 30th Colloque sur la Recherche québécoise des ouvrages d’art. This innovation was implemented in the flagship A19 highway extension project (Laval – Bois-des-Filion), leading to the creation of a 308.6-meter variable-span steel arch bridge that achieved a smaller environmental impact, improved productivity, and efficient use of materials.
IBS Ingénierie has earned recognition for overseeing significant projects like the construction of structures for the NA30 freeway, the restoration of the Jacques-Cartier, Honoré-Mercier, Turcot, and Laviolette bridges, as well as the Arvida aluminum bridge, showcasing its exceptional proficiency in structural engineering and dedication to infrastructure safety.
